Remembering Our Veterans Display

In cooperation with the Veterans Group of the Family Services Division of the Village of Niles, the library assembled the display from items loaned by local veterans. Al Aronson and Marty Friedman coordinated the collection and delivery of the items to the library. The first floor display can be viewed throughout May.

2nd Annual Veterans History Project Breakfast

took place on Thursday morning, November 6,at 9:30 a.m. in the auditorium of the Niles Public Library. 22 of the veterans who have participated in the national oral history project through the Niles library were applauded by 60 other guests.
